We have extensive experience in pre-foreclosure real estate and bank owned real estate. We started working in the foreclosure market in 2004 - way ahead of the curve. This experience helps buyers avoid short sale properties that will never sell. We also have extensive experience (starting in 2007) in working for the banks selling their unwanted assets. Foreclosures are still about 55% of sales.
